Payment: We accept company checks, bank checks,American Express, VISA and MasterCard and COD. Checks returned for insufficient funds will incur a $ 35 charge.
Holiday Orders / PRE-ORDERS We may ask you to sign a personal guarantee form and ask for a non-refundable deposit on orders over $500
Delivery Terms:We do not guarantee deliveries for specific times. We will notify you of any delays caused by factors outside of our direct control, including but not limited to events of "force majeure", road closures ,weather or traffic conditions,airline delays, US Customs, USDA & other uncontrollable factors.
Satisfaction Guaranteed:We will work hard to ensure your satisfaction with our product and service.Please inspect your boxes upon delivery. In the event of any damage please inform the delivery driver and contact Floraxis Cut Flowers to report the damage, do not discard any flowers or boxes.
